Brandt Road Rail Corporation is pleased to announce the opening of a new Parts Warehouse in Kansas City, Missouri.
To meet the need for immediate availability and quick delivery of quality parts, a full supply of spare and maintenance parts for Brandt Power Units, OTM Tracker systems, and Rail Tools are now available in the new Kansas City warehouse allowing us to deliver parts quickly maximizing your uptime and productivity. Delivery options include overnight air freight to 90% of the USA and 2 days ground service to over 70% of the USA. Parts ordering process and contacts for customers remain unchanged.
“Parts shipments to US railway customers have been processed through the new warehouse since this past summer,” says Neil Marcotte, Sales & Marketing Manager of Brandt Road Rail Corporation. “The ordering and support interface with Brandt remains unchanged and seamless for our customers. In November of 2012, we opened our new Regina based Customer Support Center with 24/7 Call center and 13,600 ft2 Central Parts Warehouse to better support our customers. Now, we are taking the next step to move the support closer to our important US Customers, with all of the support of the Customer Support Center behind it.”
