- Replaceable bolt on side cutters ensures the leading sides edges are protected at all times and further expanding bucket life cycle.
- Hardox bottom wear plates are made of high strength, abrasive resistant steel and provide superior wear reduction to increase the life of the bucket.
- A flat bottom design penetrates material efficiently, maintains a level working area and maximizes the overall capacity
- Bottom doubler plates are used to smoothly transfer forces from the base edge to the lugging in order to prevent excess wear on the bucket and machine.
- Half height Hardox cheek plates run up each side of the bucket to prevent excess wear to the shell for excellent wear protection.
- Replaceable high strength, abrasive resistant teeth and segments to prevent excess wear to the base edge, improve bucket penetration and increase overall bucket life.
