Shorter wheelbases help contractors maneuver more efficiently in tight urban spaces with maximized legal load weights.
Work longer with accessible maintenance points, replaceable wear parts, and components designed for harsh conditions.
Operator-centric controls allow for faster startup, and Hydrovacs can operate while driving for continuous trenching.
Modular harness sections are easy to replace, and the electrical system uses 70% less wire and ground connections than all other systems to reduce troubleshooting complexity and overall electrical problems.
Live scale weight and water level read outs, water pressure, and truck RPM control are included on the display, plus there's remote access to quick start-up, blower on/off, and an emergency stop feature.
Keep operator tools close at hand for a quick access with cabinets on both sides and at the rear of the unit. Multiple storage locations are accessible from the ground level, without climbing onto the truck. There are also cold storage areas for items that don’t need to be heated.
The hydraulically driven blower eliminates the transfer case and makes the vehicle easier to operate at the touch of a button, reduces maintenance, and minimizes potential failure points. The system enables digging while driving for greater productivity.
The optimum-sized water pump and boiler provide increased efficiency and eliminate the unloader valve with auto-shutoff. Plus, the quick-fill poly water tanks save time and weight.
Independent grab points ensure easy access to the top of the tank, with a progressive entry walkway and full-length non-slip area integrated into the top of the debris tank.
Easy access to service and maintenance points allow for quicker on-site servicing. And remote sight glasses, grease lines, and oil drains save even more time.
Both sides of the hydro excavator are left blank and unobstructed, allowing you room to rebrand the vehicle to showcase your company’s name and services.
Brandt Hydrovacs are configured to your professional needs and to support regional transportation regulations.

The flexible dig hose connects to a solid steel boom tube feeding the turret opening to reduce plugging and act as a secondary vacuum chamber for increased performance. Full abrasion-resistant plate construction on the turret—an industry first—delivers longer component life. And the boom isolation valve breaks boom vacuum in emergencies.
