Features
- The drop-down cylinder configuration eliminates the outboard towers, which provides unparalleled visibility.
- The frame provides additional visibility by using an open center design to enhance operator friendliness.
- A dual cylinder overarm clamp is used to provide positive clamping force in order to secure various lengths of pipes to the fork tines.
- The pressure of the clamp is maintained by a 1500 psi valve which protects the overarm from spike' loads, yet still provides ample clamping force under normal working conditions.
- Hooked spring loaded paddles are used in order to flex and maintain full contact at all times.
- Hydraulic components are sheltered and a very clean and protected hose routing reduces broken fittings and damaged hoses meaning less downtime.
- The unique integrated fork swing out lock system holds the forks in place to prevent bouncing.
- Fork positioning is made simple with the notched top rail that can be un-hinged for the forks to be adjusted to various widths for specific pipe handling jobs.
- An interchangeable bolt-on lugging plate is used for added convenience for running the same grapple on either 120, 150 or 200 sized machines.
- Lugging includes bolt on collars on the coupler link boss that provide additional safety measures in securing the attachment to the machine.
