Drive system utilizes sealed, flushed and hardened spline adapters along with massive pinion and rotation bearing gears.
Innovative jaw design features two different types of jaws to perform various tasks. Blade side can be used to clean and scrape tops of mats to maintain smooth roads or ensure loaded clean to move to the next site. The jaw side features serrated replaceable tips to pry up stuck mats with ease to keep operations moving.
Jaws are built extremely heavy duty and feature a very large envelope to pick and hold multiple mats to securely hold them with serrated teeth on both sides of the jaws, so operators can tip vertically to drain and clean vertically with ease.
Hardened pins and bushings and a robust pin retention system for durability and less down time.
High pressure hydraulic cylinders with armored hoses for excess clamping forces in all situations. The cylinders also offer cushioned stops for clean, smooth operation.
