There was a lot to cheer for at the Regina Pats game on Jan. 13: the Pats won, and MS Canada received a $50,000 donation from Brandt.
“Saskatchewan has one of the highest rates of MS in the world, and this reality affects many of the families in Regina and of our more than 3000 Saskatchewan-based employees,” said Matt Semple, Brandt Senior Vice President of Marketing. “We are proud of the work that MS Canada does to help support those living with MS, and we are even prouder to continue our long-standing partnership with them with Saturday’s announcement.”
“We are so grateful to Brandt for this generous donation,” says Mona Bates, Senior Director, Community for MS Canada. “It will have a great impact on the lives of people living with multiple sclerosis and those who support them. Because of partners like Brandt, we can continue our vital work of raising awareness, facilitating research, and offering important support services."
The donation is part of the Brandt Thanks A Billion program, which just celebrated its 12th anniversary. Since its inception, the program has invested more than $25 million in 250+ communities across Canada.
