Brandt Developments Ltd. Announces Pre-leasing of New CNIB Building

Brandt Developments Ltd. is pleased to announce pre-leasing has begun for the new CNIB building at 2550 Broad St in Regina. CNIB Saskatchewan announced in March 2018 that the Province of Saskatchewan's Provincial Capital Commission (PCC) has endorsed the organization’s plan for an extensive rebuild of their Regina facility, located on the northwest side of Wascana Park.

"We are very pleased to have received approval from the PCC for our rebuild project and are excited to be working with Brandt Developments as the developer," says Christall Beaudry, executive director, CNIB Saskatchewan Division.

In addition to the CNIB, Brandt has confirmed that the MS Society of Canada will also benefit from this important project.
"We saw this project as a way to give back to the community,” says Shaun Semple, President, Brandt Group of Companies. “Not only will this facility demonstrate how feasible it is to seamlessly incorporate accessible design features, it will also showcase the Wellness Centre of Excellence concept, which means that charities like CNIB and the MS Society, who address health issues within the Saskatchewan population, will be well-served within the building."

CNIB and Brandt will continue to work with PCC throughout the design and construction process to ensure all conditions are met in order to begin the rebuild.
