Features

Bottom doubler plates are used to smoothly transfer forces from the base edge to the lugging in order to prevent excess wear on the bucket and machine.
Inside corner gussets add reinforcement and increase bucket strength.
Side cutters are made of high strength, abrasive resistant steel to provide superior wear reduction and also maintain excellent bucket penetration.
Reinforced cheek plates to improve bucket strength and add extra wear support in a common area of wear.
Outer vertical Hardox wear bars are incorporated into the underside of the bucket for unsurpassed bucket protection and wear ability.
Replaceable high strength, abrasive resistant bolt on cutting edges to prevent excess wear to the base edge and improve bucket life cycle.
Bottom wear plates are made of high strength, abrasive resistant steel and provide superior wear reduction to increase the life of the bucket.
Available heavy duty dual cylinder overarm to corral, clamp and manage even the most awkward of materials. This not only ensures a tight grip on these materials but can compress and compact as well.
When applicable all the hydraulic hoses, cylinders and fittings are well protected to ensure these important componentry will stay protected even when handling such tough and awkward materials.
