The Topcon GMS-2 a valuable tool to assist municipalities with Tangible Capital Assets (TCA) as well as Municipal Infrastructure Management Systems (MIMS) initiative effective for 2009.
The GMS-2 is intuitive and the unit is ruggedly designed delivering accurate results. We have found the accompanying TopPad software especially useful having shapefiles be exchanged between our GIS system and the GMS-2 in a seamless manner.
