Brandt Developments is expanding its focus on acquiring, developing, leasing, and managing real estate opportunities beyond Brandt’s core operational requirements. Brandt Developments will draw on its extensive experience in developing and managing highly successful commercial sites for the Brandt Group of Companies, and will share that expertise with business leaders looking to optimize their work environments and capital expenditures.
Some examples of our recent projects include:
- A 50,000 square foot manufacturing and distribution facility has been completed in Winnipeg, MB.
- A 35,000 square foot two story office building retrofit has been completed. This building was taken back to base building shell status with new exterior cladding and windows installed along with a new HVAC system and roof upgrade. The original interior improvements were demolished and a completely new office interior has been built out. 93,000 sq.ft. upgrade to the Brandt Product Support Centre has also been completed, and the construction of a 10,000 sq.ft. Brandt Training Theatre is underway.
- Construction of a new 60,000 square foot John Deere dealership in Saskatoon was recently completed.
- Design is completed and construction is underway for a building renovation and shop expansion at 299 Sherwood Avenue in the RM of Sherwood.
- Design is complete for an Office Renovation & Addition and Locker Room addition to our 302 Mill Street building in the RM of Sherwood.
- Design for two new dealerships in British Columbia have been completed and construction has begun or is expected to begin soon.
- Fort St. John – Construction is anticipated to begin soon.
- Kamloops - design work is underway on this property.
