Features
- The patented safety lock feature locks and unlocks the wedge using hydraulic pressure which is controlled from the cab. There is no need for the operator to leave the cab to manually install or remove a safety pin.
- Wedge is engaged into the attachment lugging using mechanical force and is secured in place using the automatic safety pin. The wedge will not disengage until hydraulic pressure is applied using the control system.
- The control kit features a covered toggle control switch, a pressure sensing audible alarm and a warning light to indicate the system has been activated.
- The entire system was designed specifically for Deere excavators and includes a plug and play control system that neatly integrates into the operator control bank in the cab.
- Designed to optimize the attachment's tip radius along with the excavator's curl and stick forces.
- Wedge is made of high strength material and is machined to ensure a superior fit with the mating lugging on the attachment.
