OPERATING LEASES

Our Operating Leases allow you to:

  • Return the unit at maturity, purchase it for the residual amount, or refinance it
  • Pay taxes on each payment rather than in full at signing
  • Fully expense payments, so they may not impact your balance sheet
  • Manage cash flow better with lower monthly payments
  • Avoid down payments
  • Reduce the risk of fleet obsolescence
  • Have limited maintenance obligations

Economizer Lease

Annual exit points are built into the contract, allowing publicly traded companies to keep the lease off the balance sheet for 364 days. It also lets you match lease terms closer to work contracts in uncertain times.

Elevator Lease

This front-loaded lease helps you build equity faster. Make higher payments in the first year with declining monthly payments or equal monthly payments with adjustment fees. Plus, you can exit the lease without penalty at predetermined intervals.

Seasonal Lease

A flexible payment schedule takes into account the seasonality of your business (e.g. snow removal or landscape maintenance). You can match payments to cash flow and skip them during slow months.

Open Road Lease

This lease is tailored to the transportation sector. It allows you to manage cash flow, minimize monthly obligations, and match capital purchases to specific contracts without the risk of purchasing outright.

Budget Maximizer Lease

Flexible payment options are designed to accommodate annual budgets, of particular benefit to governmental customers. These leases can be prepaid in full to maturity date to work within budgetary constraints.

CAPITAL LEASES

Our Capital Leases allow you to:

  • Avoid down payments
  • Own the equipment at term maturity for a nominal residual value (typically $1 – $10)
  • Pay taxes on each payment rather than in full at signing
  • Put unlimited hours on your machine.

Stretch Lease

A balloon payment due at term maturity that can be refinanced or paid in full. This allows you to manage cash flow by minimizing monthly payments, while still retaining the benefits of ownership.

Seasonal Finance Lease

A flexible payment schedule takes into account the seasonality of your business (e.g. snow removal or landscape maintenance). You can match payments to cash flow and skip them during slow months.

Repair and Overhaul Lease

Instead of paying a one-time cost, spread the amount of significant repairs and rebuilds over a period of months. This minimizes the impact of significant repairs on your cash flow.

LOANS

Our Loans allow you to:

  • Put unlimited hours on your machine
  • Potentially qualify for the federal government’s incentive programs
  • Own the equipment from the outset
  • Potentially qualify for provincial tax credits or sales tax exemptions

Conditional Sales Contract

Taxes are payable up front or may be deferred to your fourth monthly payment. This is the easiest type of contract to prepay or pay out prior to maturity.
 

Repair and Overhaul Loan

Instead of paying a one-time cost, spread the amount of significant repairs and rebuilds over a period of months. This minimizes the impact of significant repairs on your cash flow.

REFINANCING

Aggregator Loan

Refinance existing debts into one facility to minimize payment, streamline administration, and increase working capital. This reduces monthly payment obligation, and preserves cash flow.
 

Revitalizer Loan

Provides access to off-balance-sheet equity in an asset by refinancing it at current market value, allowing for additional working capital for operations or funding growth.
