More Productivity

Work faster and carry more with accurate load management and an innovative tank design to ensure your efficiency and productivity.

More Uptime

With accessible maintenance points, replaceable wear parts, and components designed for harsh conditions, Brandt Hydrovacs are purpose built to work longer.

Low Cost Of Operation

Brandt Hydrovacs complete more work at less cost with fuel-efficient performance, more payload capability, and low noise levels.

Accessible and Protected System Controls

  • All functions are controllable from the work area with multiple locations to operate.
  • Engage work lights, hydraulics, and wash pump without unnecessary trips around the unit.
  • A fault-code display helps troubleshoot any issues that might arise.
  • Marine-grade controls are temperature, moisture, and dirt resistant.

Industry-Leading Boom Reach

  • The 28-ft. boom on the HX120 & HX120 Spif is the longest in the industry, extending your capabilities on tough-to-reach sites.
  • Stronger, lighter boom design reduces tare weight and chances of plugging, maximizing efficiency.
  • The turret features full abrasion-resistant plate steel construction for longer life.
  • A replaceable wear liner reduces debris build up and lasts much longer than rubber flex hose.

Industry-Leading Vacuum System

  • Innovative vacuum system uses a large blower and is designed for less air restriction.
  • Increased vacuum performance at lower RPMs reduces noise and saves fuel.
  • Operators can maximize output to rival the performance of larger units.
  • And you can even use the vacuum system with the tank hoisted.

Large Debris Tank

  • Separate water and debris tanks maximize legal payload and maintain even weight distribution.
  • Operators have the ability to pressure offload onto another truck, landspread or dump the debris.
  • Tank features a rear door hydraulic safety lockout to use when servicing or washing.
  • Powder-coated tank with wear liner under the turret protects against corrosion and impact damage.

Progressive Dig Tube to Turret Diameter

The flexible dig hose connects to a solid steel boom tube feeding the turret opening to reduce plugging and act as a secondary vacuum chamber for increased performance. Full abrasion-resistant plate construction on the turret—an industry first—delivers longer component life. And the boom isolation valve breaks boom vacuum in emergencies.
