“Our company has a few hundred pieces of equipment, but some of the other companies don't care about small businesses. Brandt isn't like that. They are always responsive – they'll get us parts, service, whatever we need – even if it's after hours. They understand that we need to have it. We're working out on Highway 63 [in Alberta]. If you have trouble with equipment up there, you need a mechanic immediately. Other companies can take a week to send someone out. Last week, the Brandt guys were out and saw that a machine was down. The very next morning, the mechanic was there with his tools. As he was leaving, he said ‘Give me a call if you have any more issues. I'm only 70 kilometers away.' Only 70 kilometers away. For another company, those 70 kilometers are an excuse. For this guy, it was no big deal.”
