Efficient Loading and Unloading

  • Low angle tilt decks eliminate the need for ramps and gently lock in place with a hydraulic dampener.
  • Patented Lode N Lok self-locking mechanism locks the deck into place for efficient loading.
  • Standard side steps at the front of the trailer ensures safer, more convenient access to the deck.
  • Bolt-on expanded metal on the rear of the deck delivers increased traction in wet conditions.

Heavy-Duty Deck Design

  • Tilt decks have a 16’ tilting deck and 6’ stationary deck for a combined 22’ of usable deck space.
  • Two types of decking - Fir decking provides a harder surface capable of standing more abuse and last longer. Pressure treated spruce or pine decking is more readily available and cost effectively replaceable.
  • Bolt-on fender guards are included, preventing any damage that could compromise safe operation.
  • Bolt-on fork carriers on select models allow forks to be stored and transported under the deck.

Purpose-Built Structure

  • Haul some of the largest compact equipment with up to 12,700 lbs payload capacity.
  • Self-adjusting forward brakes enhance control and safety while minimizing maintenance costs.
  • Axles include EZ Lube oil bath bearings ensure peace of mind while reducing maintenance.
  • The HSS tube frame ensures torsional stiffness when traveling with a load, extending trailer life.

Storage and Tie-Downs

Weather-sealed, heavy-duty toolbox keeps equipment close at hand and out of the elements. Standard 4" D-rings mounted between the fenders deliver versatility for securing loads.

LED Lighting

Tier 1 LED lights with polycarbonate lenses, sealed connectors, and epoxy-encapsulated electronics deliver significantly more protection than any other trailers in the industry.

Protected Wiring

Braided loom wiring harness with sealed weatherpack connections meet the same rigorous standards of wires found on heavy-duty construction equipment, ensuring life-long protection.

Premium Grade Decking

Fir decking provides a harder surface capable of standing more abuse and last longer. Pressure treated spruce or pine decking is more readily available and cost effectively replaceable.

Heavy-Lifting Jackleg

Single speed 10,000 lb jackleg delivers a side-winding handle for efficient operation and easy connections to the trailer.

Running Gear

Featuring two 7,000 lbs torsion axles while premium models feature two 8,000 lbs torsion axles for smooth and durable performance.

Premium Paint Protection

Premium polyurethane primer and top coat is abrasion-resistant, ensuring these trailers look better for longer while maximizing resale value.
