Brandt Agricultural Products is currently seeking a Project Manager - Engineer to join our design team. Applicants must have previous project management experience, a good understanding of mechanical machinery and a good working knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and current welding and machine shop practices.
Qualifications for this position include: a degree in Mechanical Engineering or a diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technology, a minimum of 3 years design experience and the ability to use AutoCAD and a 3D modeling package. The successful candidate will have a good understanding of hydraulic principles and the ability to apply them to designs. Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills are a must. Knowledge of agricultural equipment would be considered an asset but is not required.
