Brandt Equipment Solutions Ltd. specializes in the design and manufacture of heavy duty equipment attachments and customized guarding packages. Brandt is currently seeking a Welder (Robotic) for its facility located in Regina, Saskatchewan.
Candidates require a minimum of 3 years practical experience.
The duties of this position include but are not limited to:

Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment using gas tungsten arc; gas metal arc; flux-cored arc; plasma arc; shielded metal arc; oxy-acetylene

Operate and program a robotic welder

Read and interpret blueprints or welding process specifications

Operate manual or semi-automatic flame cutting equipment
-
Adjust welding heads and tooling according to work specifications

Work under minimum amount of supervision

Work in a team environment
-
Inspect quality and procedures on an ongoing basis
The qualified candidate will have strong organizational skills and the ability to work individually as well as part of a team. Interest in Robotic welding is a must. Experience with a Fanuc Robotic Welder would be considered an asset but is not required.
